After our home was on the market for over a year, we decided to change agents and signed a contract with Vlado. We weren’t expecting for our house to sell quickly because of the past year with very few showings and only one offer. But, from the beginning, Vlado made sure that our house looked appealing with great photos and advertised our house in relevant ways. He held open houses every weekend and generated a lot of interest in our home very quickly. Once we had a serious offer, Vlado negotiated with the buyers to get the price we wanted for our house. Vlado is a very hard working man, his performance is very outstanding. He helped my family and I to find a home we truly love, when times would get difficult he was always there for me, pushing me forward. I am truly thankful and grateful to have worked with Vlado.
