"Buying a home from out of state can be overwhelming, but working with Vlado Konatar at Kona Realty made it completely stress-free. While customer service seems to be declining everywhere, Vlado is the complete opposite—his service is truly concierge-level. He’s incredibly responsive, always answering texts and calls right away. Vlado is positive, sharp, and quick to act. He handled every step of the process - from negotiating the deal to managing inspections, appliances installations, and finalizing the closing. We couldn’t be there in person, but we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He attended all meetings on our behalf and kept us informed with detailed updates, photos, and clear communication about the next steps. All we had to do when we arrived at our new home was relax and enjoy the bottle of wine Vlado had thoughtfully left for us to celebrate! His support didn’t end at closing. Vlado continues to check in to see how we’re settling in and whether we need any help. He’s also shared his local expertise - recommending trusted services, offering helpful resources, and even warning us about common scams and unnecessary service offers that often target new homeowners - something we truly appreciated. If you're buying - especially from out of state - we highly recommend Vlado!"

"After our home was on the market for over a year, we decided to change agents and signed a contract with Vlado. We weren’t expecting for our house to sell quickly because of the past year with very few showings and only one offer. But, from the beginning, Vlado made sure that our house looked appealing with great photos and advertised our house in relevant ways. He held open houses every weekend and generated a lot of interest in our home very quickly. Once we had a serious offer, Vlado negotiated with the buyers to get the price we wanted for our house. He made the whole process very easy and stress free, even though we know the buyers were unbelievably difficult to deal with. Vlado is great to work with...very professional and easy to communicate with. He is very easy to get ahold of, often answering right away when we called or returning our call within 10-15 minutes. We are so glad we switched to Vlado and wish we had worked with him from the get go. We highly recommend him to anyone selling their home. Thanks Vlado!"

"Met Vlado one day, the photographers came the next, was listed the second day after that. That first Sunday he had an open house. From listing to contract was 19 days! With a backup offer! Boom. Aggressive, straightforward, and would definitely use him again. No additional commentary necessary."
